About Chloe Voiles

Is your child struggling with big emotions, difficult behaviors, anxiety, attention or executive functioning challenges, or changes at home or school? Maybe your teen is having a hard time managing stress, relationships, or self-esteem. Or perhaps you’re an adult or parent who feels overwhelmed by life’s challenges and is looking for support, practical tools, and a place to feel understood.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Hi, I’m Chloe Voiles, LSW, a Licensed Social Worker providing mental health therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families in Littleton and Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, understood, and supported—and when the strategies we develop together can actually be used in everyday life.

I have experience supporting clients and families in education, parent coaching, and outpatient mental health settings. I work with a range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns, with particular focus on helping children and families strengthen emotional regulation, coping skills, communication, connection, and resilience.

Therapy for Children, Teens & Families
Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re experiencing. Sometimes emotions show up as behavior, anxiety, frustration, difficulty with transitions, problems at school, conflict at home, or trouble connecting with others.

My approach with children is warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Depending on your child’s needs, I may incorporate Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to help children safely explore their experiences, better understand their emotions, and develop healthier ways to cope.

I also believe supporting a child often means supporting the people who care for them. When appropriate, I partner with parents and caregivers to better understand what’s happening beneath difficult behaviors, strengthen the parent-child relationship, and develop practical strategies that can support progress outside of the therapy room.
I work with children and teens experiencing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, autism and neurodivergence, behavioral concerns, trauma and PTSD, peer and family relationships, self-esteem, grief and loss, stress, and major life changes.

Therapy for Adults
I also provide individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship and family concerns, grief, burnout, parenting challenges, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral health concerns.

Therapy doesn’t have to be about having everything figured out. It can be a place to understand difficult emotions, recognize patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and build greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We’ll work collaboratively to understand what you’re experiencing and identify strategies that fit your needs, strengths, goals, and circumstances.

Depending on your needs, I draw from evidence-based and person-centered approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

My goal is not simply to help you or your child get through a difficult moment. I want to help you develop skills, understanding, and confidence that can continue to support you long after you leave the therapy room.

Whether you’re a parent searching for a child or teen therapist in Littleton, CO, an adult looking for support with anxiety, stress, trauma, or life changes, or a family hoping to strengthen relationships and communication, I would be honored to support you.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult. You don’t have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We can figure that out together.
