Hello! I’m Abby. I’m a transplant from South Florida. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with adults navigating complex trauma and its impact on daily life including emotional overwhelm, dissociation, avoidance, and impulse control challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, and our work focuses on making sense of those responses without shame
I’m a sex-positive therapist who provides an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC communities, and anyone looking for feel better. I also work with active duty and retired military members. My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in empathy and respect.
