About Natalie Cote
I work with adolescents (12+) and young adult women who are navigating questions about identity development, self-esteem challenges, and the pressure to please others. Many I see struggle with perfectionism, high-achieving tendencies, anxiety, and relational difficulties. They are often adjusting to major life transitions such as relationship changes, switching schools, and/or changing jobs. Together, we will explore how these experiences impact your sense of self and help you build confidence, set boundaries, and find balance in the midst of change.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral, gestalt, mindfulness, and solution focused therapies. I have received training through the Medical University of South Carolina in Trauma Focused-CBT. But more than anything, I offer a space where you can feel heard and supported.
Taking the first step can feel hard, but it’s also a sign of strength. If you’re ready, or even just curious, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I would feel honored to walk alongside you on this therapeutic journey. You matter. And you are not alone.
