Kelsey Revelo is a graduate of George Mason University with a Master of Social Work degree. She has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, strength-based approaches, and art therapy. She loves working with people who are experiencing anxiety, life with ADHD, struggles with stress, relationship issues, trauma, and the journey that is life. She believes that everyone can use a non-judgemental ear and someone to support them on their path to self love and compassion, and becoming the person they want to be.
