I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida State University and have experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and families. I especially love working with children, teens, and young adults, helping them make sense of their emotions, find ways to express their feelings, and grow more confident in themselves. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and believe therapy works best when we find what feels right for you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, OCD, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling stuck, I value building a genuine connection and creating a space where we can work through it together.
