Britta March is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor who specializes in working with adults experiencing personality disorder symptoms, self-injury, suicidal ideation, body dysmorphia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and disordered eating. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can openly explore their experiences and feel heard without judgment.
Britta’s therapeutic style is warm, honest, and collaborative. She believes therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely connected to their therapist and works alongside each individual to better understand patterns, strengthen healthy coping skills, and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Her approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and feminist theory. Britta provides LGBTQIA+-affirming care and approaches conversations about bodies and well-being from a Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed perspective.
In addition to providing therapy, Britta serves as a Qualified Supervisor for registered mental health counselor interns and registered marriage and family therapy interns in Florida. She is passionate about supporting developing clinicians as they strengthen their clinical judgment, explore their professional identities, and build sustainable practices.
