About Zaria Lambert
Guided by the belief that growth begins with awareness, intentional steps and support. Zaria views therapy as planting a seed—introducing insight, hope, and possibility—while working alongside clients to help nurture that seed into meaningful, lasting growth. Creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment is central to this work. I’m currently accepting new clients with no waitlist, and our clinic accepts most insurance plans and Virginia Medicaid. To schedule, click the website tab…all of my openings show up there!
An integrative, client-centered approach is used, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Counseling services are carefully tailored to honor each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
