About Virginia Grecco
Virginia is all about making change both personally and in the therapeutic space. She is our Geek Therapist, bringing authenticity and vulnerability into each session to make you feel comfortable to do the same. She is a Tennessee Transplant hailing from both Indiana and Illinois. She graduated from the University of Chicago in 2021 receiving her Master’s in Social Work. She brings to the clinic a background in mental health crisis work and higher levels of care, where she led her team in supporting adolescents and their families facing suicidality, self harm, and depression. Virginia specializes in working with children, adolescents, families, and anyone with an inner child to manage depression, anxiety, OCD, and all the rest that comes with each transition in life. Therapy isn’t a one size fits all so she will tailor your sessions using CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and Behavioral Activation. As the name suggests, our Geek Therapist enjoys video games, Dungeons and Dragons, and learning all things Titanic related. Beyond that, she is a mom to the most precious baby girl and loves baking and being outdoors with her family.
