As a dedicated Art Therapist with five years of experience in an outpatient setting, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their inner world. I believe that healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and empowered to express themselves authentically. I utilize art materials as powerful tools for self-expression, insight, and emotional processing. Through the creative process, clients are able to access feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words, fostering deeper understanding and growth. I have experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a wide range of other mental health disorders. My approach is collaborative, evidenced and strengths-based, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I strive to help clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and discover meaningful pathways toward healing and well-being.
