As a former collegiate athlete and coach, I also specialize in working with athletes. My first priority is adequate and holistic patient care. I aim to treat the person as a whole with approaches catered to each individual. I prioritize authenticity in sessions as well as the overall therapeutic relationship.
I often use a combination of trauma focused Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies in my practice. With CBT & DBT, we’ll look at how your thoughts affect your experience and develop ways to challenge your thinking, as well as develop coping strategies to help you manage your emotions.
