About Tyler Czarnowsky
Tyler is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a background in community mental health, working with adults and older teens. His personal experience in the military and law enforcement fuels his passion for providing culturally competent care to veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating career transitions.
In addition to this work, Tyler specializes in supporting executives and business professionals, drawing from his own experience as a former nonprofit executive. He helps leaders shift their mindset, strengthen resilience, and move beyond obstacles so they can thrive personally and professionally.
Tyler’s clinical focus includes trauma, PTSD, anxiety, faith-related issues, and self-worth. His approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and goal-oriented, empowering clients to recognize their capacity for meaningful change. Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys playing softball, hiking with friends, and spending time with his wife and their dogs.
