Tracey is a warm and compassionate therapist who believes in every person’s incredible capacity for growth and healing. Clients experience her as very warm, caring, and knowledgeable, with a gift for creating a safe and supportive space. She helps clients gain a deeper, more compassionate understanding of themselves, reduce anxiety and depression, and heal from trauma.
Tracey uses a holistic, integrative approach that blends emotional processing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. She works with individuals ages 17+ across all stages of life.
Tracey brings unique expertise from her extensive career as a women’s health RN. She offers specialized support for perinatal anxiety and depression, as well as challenges related to perimenopause and menopause. She also has deep experience supporting survivors of childhood trauma, domestic violence, and sexual abuse, helping them move through grief and suffering with care and hope.
She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Colorado and is a Licensed Social Worker.
Outside of work, Tracey recharges by gardening, camping, and spending time with her family.
