About Toby Grollmus
Tobiah (Toby) Grollmus, LPC, is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges while building a greater sense of purpose, confidence, and self-understanding. As a Marine Corps veteran, he understands that progress often comes through adversity and believes meaningful change begins when people have the opportunity to explore who they are and what truly matters to them.
Tobiah has experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and challenges related to identity and self-esteem. He has also worked with children on the autism spectrum, helping them develop skills, build confidence, and increase emotional awareness in supportive and encouraging environments.
His approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches, Tobiah helps clients identify their values, better understand themselves, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to live. He believes therapy is about creating a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and worthwhile.
Tobiah enjoys working with veterans, young adults, and individuals exploring questions of identity, purpose, and personal growth. He strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and know they will be met with curiosity, respect, and genuine support.
