Starting therapy can feel like a big step, whether you’re coming in alone, with your child or teen, or with a partner. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, empowering, and even a little fun. I want you to feel truly heard and understood, while building tools that help you grow and feel more connected in your daily life.
I work with children (ages 5+), teens, young adults, and adults. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity exploration, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I tailor each session to your unique needs. My style is warm, collaborative, and often infused with a little humor to help ease into the work.
I draw from a person-centered foundation, allowing us to move at your pace while incorporating evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy (including video-game therapy!), and trauma-informed care.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. I strive to meet you where you are (with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity) so we can work together to create meaningful change.
Outside of sessions, I’m usually diving into a good book, catching a concert or comic con, or getting lost in a great TV series. I believe balance and joy are essential to well-being, and I encourage my clients to lean into what lights them up.
