About Taylor Luallen
Taylor is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her bachelor’s in Psychology and MSW from Stevenson University and the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She works with young adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma, creating a safe, brave space for exploration and growth.
Her approach integrates mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and cognitive behavioral therapy to build insight and coping skills. Taylor believes healing comes from honoring one’s story and works collaboratively to increase self-awareness and intentional change.
Outside of work, she enjoys live jazz, writing poetry, exploring Baltimore’s creative scene, and spending time with her partner and dog.
