Tamana Singh, LPC-Associate, creates a warm, accepting space where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique story.
Tamana has more than seven years of behavioral health experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her background includes supporting children on the autism spectrum, advocating for women and children affected by domestic violence, and helping individuals navigate trauma, major life changes, and cultural transitions. She is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and is passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients in ways that honor their individual strengths and needs.
She especially enjoys working with women, children and teens, LGBTQ+ clients, multicultural communities, refugees, and individuals adjusting to a new country or culture. Tamana understands how experiences such as trauma, displacement, migration, cultural differences, and loss can affect identity, belonging, and emotional well-being.
Tamana believes healing is possible and considers it a privilege to help clients build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels safer, more connected, and meaningful.
