Life has a way of presenting challenges and experiences we may not feel prepared for, and while growth through adversity is rarely easy, meaningful healing and change are possible.
Stephanie’s goal is to help others recognize the best parts of themselves, build self-acceptance, and learn to embrace the experiences and “scars” that have shaped who they are. She enjoys working with teens and adults, including individuals, couples, and families, and is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Stephanie has experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, substance use concerns, self-esteem challenges, trauma, relationship difficulties, and marriage and family concerns. She is certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy to support trauma processing and has six years of experience working with active-duty military members addressing trauma, substance use, addiction, and codependency.
Stephanie describes herself as an everyday human committed to helping other humans find greater harmony, healing, and connection. Opening up can be difficult, but seeking support is already an important step. Stephanie provides a welcoming space to explore what is happening, identify what feels overwhelming, and work together toward making life feel more manageable.
