Sophia is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling. With years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, she supported children on the autism spectrum and developed a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. She has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and OCD. Sophia approaches therapy with kindness, collaboration, and a client-centered perspective,
