I really believe therapy should be a place where you can just be—without having to explain yourself, filter what you’re feeling, or change parts of who you are to be understood. If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not quite like yourself lately, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re figuring out your identity, moving through a relationship shift, or navigating a life transition that feels like a lot to hold by yourself. My approach is humanistic and client-centered, which means I see you as the expert of your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care as you make sense of whatever you’re going through at your own pace.
As someone in the queer community, creating an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ folks is so important to me. You deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to show up fully as your authentic self. We’ll work together to gently explore what you’re feeling, build self-understanding, and reconnect with your strengths so things can start to feel a little more grounded and aligned.
