About Sierra Mayle

My clients describe me as empathetic and someone who creates a safe environment where they can express their feelings and feel heard. Many feel they want someone to help them process their issues and receive the tools to succeed. Some have relationship issues, others have family dynamics, and others are dealing with emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, and grief. I am a therapist who provides a safe space to process issues and empower my clients to succeed.
I bring many approaches to therapy which allows me to pinpoint the right direction for each client. I am open minded to what you have suggestions on as this is your time to find what helps you best. If adjustments are needed, then that’s what we do. I am authentic and honest in sessions to build the best therapeutic relationship possible.
I want nothing more than for a client to leave session feeling even an ounce lighter than they felt walking into the office. This will allow them space to focus on their needs and how they can move forward with what is making it hard to function. Small progress is worthy of celebration.
