I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m here to listen, offer guidance, and support you as you navigate life’s challenges — whether it’s mental health concerns, stress or navigating relationships. I also look forward to learning about you, sharing some laughs, and being part of a support system that helps you thrive. This is a space where you can be heard, explore what’s going on, and work toward feeling more balanced, confident, and building your self-esteem.
Although I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, I believe that meaningful progress begins with the relationship. I’m committed to creating a supportive space where clients feel safe before any deeper work takes place.
No active CPS, APS, custody or court mandated therapy.
