About Sarah Duncan

Sarah earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. With over 13 years of experience across medical social work, outpatient mental health, and crisis intervention, she brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to her work.

Sarah has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams and providing clinical supervision, and is committed to fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where both clients and clinicians feel empowered to grow.

Outside of work, Sarah recently relocated to Colorado and enjoys exploring the state’s outdoors and communities with her husband and 12-year-old.
