Hi there! I’m Sara. Have you ever wished someone could see you in the messes of life and help you take the next step toward sorting it all out? Maybe trauma has made it hard to feel safe, neurodivergence has left you feeling misunderstood, or sobriety is something you’re working hard to protect but the path feels lonely and overwhelming? You deserve a space where healing happens through authentic connection, not just techniques. I’m a Licensed Social Worker in Missouri, and I believe that when you feel truly safe, something brave becomes possible. Let’s start exactly where you are.
I specialize in trauma, neurodivergence, and supporting adults in recovery, as well as with children and adolescents ages 5 and up. I draw from TF-CBT, ACT, and DBT. I have completed play therapy certification with Heartland Play Therapy, which informs how I work with clients of all ages, helping even the most stuck parts of us feel safe enough to heal.
I show up with warmth, connection, and humor. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the healing. Clients often tell me they begin to see themselves the way I do: as their authentic, worthy self. I know you can live a life that feels safe and fulfilling. If that sounds like something you’re ready for, reach out today. I’d love to be part of your story.
