Hi! I’m Sansung! 안녕하세요!
Sansung believe therapy works best when it feels like a shared journey. Her approach is humanistic and integrative, grounded in the idea that everyone already holds strengths worth honoring. Together, she slow things down, notice patterns, and create space for insight, compassion, and meaningful change.
Sansung is a 1.5-generation Korean American who has lived in nine different countries, and she learned early on how powerful it can be to feel seen, understood, and welcomed. Moving between cultures taught her to listen closely, stay curious, and appreciate the many ways people make sense of their worlds. In the therapy room, she aims to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and safe—where you can show up just as you are, share your story openly, and even find moments of lightness along the way.
Sansung is passionate about trauma work, especially multicultural and generational trauma. She has experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and she integrate approaches including CBT, EFT, ACT, and SFT into practice to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. Sansung is also IFS level 1 trained therapist.
Sansung would be honored to walk alongside you as you build understanding, connection, and hope for what comes next.
Please note: I CANNOT take any Medicare clients, please schedule with Kelley instead!
