For nearly 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and young adults across educational, recreational, behavioral health, case management, and outpatient settings. These experiences have taught me that everyone has a unique story, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to feeling better. My goal is to help each client feel comfortable being themselves, understood without judgment, and supported in making meaningful changes at their own pace.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), while recognizing that **you are more than your symptoms, behaviors, or diagnosis.** Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and experiences affect your everyday life, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical tools to help you cope with stress, manage emotions, and build confidence.
I believe therapy works best when you have a voice in your own journey. Your experiences, values, culture, and goals matter. I welcome your feedback and believe in working together to find strategies that feel realistic and useful in your everyday life. When working with children and adolescents, I also value collaboration with caregivers to help reinforce progress and support growth beyond the therapy session.
Becoming a therapist was personal for me. I know how meaningful it can be to have someone show up, listen, and offer support when life feels confusing or difficult. I want to provide that same sense of understanding and encouragement to the people I work with—a steady, supportive presence as they navigate challenges and recognize their own strengths.
**You don’t have to have everything figured out to get started.** Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your child or a young person working through challenges of your own, I welcome the opportunity to get to know you, help you build on your strengths, and work together toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and fulfilling.
