I’m a Resident in Counseling who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply not like yourself lately. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship or family concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I especially welcome clients who are new to therapy or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, talk openly, feel genuinely heard, and begin making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered because therapy should feel like a partnership, not a one-size-fits-all process. I incorporate CBT, person-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused, mindfulness, somatic, and motivational interventions based on your individual needs and goals to build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time or you’re not sure what you need yet. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, build on your strengths, and work toward realistic changes that help you feel more confident, supported, and understood.
