From the outside, you may seem like you have everything handled. On the inside, your mind rarely shuts off. Chronic worry, high expectations, relationship stress, or burnout can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your own thoughts, or unsure of what needs to change. Eventually, simply “pushing through” stops working.
My approach to therapy is conversational, down-to-earth, and focused on real-world change. Together, we look beyond the immediate problem to understand the thought patterns, habits, relationships, and pressures that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll work on practical strategies to manage overwhelm, strengthen boundaries, communicate more effectively, and make decisions grounded in your values rather than fear or anxiety.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and the pressures that come with trying to meet high expectations. My previous experience includes supporting at-risk and unhoused youth and creating affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ young people.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel overly clinical or disconnected from your everyday life. I aim to provide a steady, candid, and nonjudgmental environment where you can speak honestly, gain a clearer understanding of yourself, and make changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to find fresh momentum, our work moves at a pace that fits your real life.
