Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. My goal is to create a space where you, or your child, can feel comfortable, understood, and supported while working through life’s challenges.
I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, from children as young as four through adulthood. Whether I’m helping a young child learn to manage big emotions, supporting a teen navigating identity or school pressures, or working with an adult facing relationships or major life transitions, I tailor therapy to the individual sitting in front of me.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem concerns, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and difficulties within family, friendship, or romantic relationships. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and understand the importance of providing therapy that recognizes individual strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world.
My style is practical, creative, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Clients often describe me as authentic, approachable, and genuine. I believe therapy should provide a safe, judgment-free place to talk about the hard things while also leaving room for connection, creativity, and even humor.
For children and teens, I work to create an environment where therapy feels engaging and comfortable while helping them develop emotional awareness, coping skills, confidence, and healthier ways to communicate. I also recognize how important parents and caregivers can be in supporting lasting progress outside of the therapy room.
Whether you’re searching for support for your child, your teen, or yourself, you don’t have to navigate everything alone. Together, we can build on strengths, develop practical tools, restore hope, and work toward meaningful change.
