Rebecca Levesque, MSW, provides individual therapy to adults and teens experiencing mental health, substance use, and complex life challenges. She holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, and dual Associate degrees in Human Services and Addiction Counseling, reflecting her strong foundation in behavioral health and recovery-focused care.
Taking the step to consider therapy isn’t always easy, especially when you may already be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. You might be carrying stress, navigating difficult emotions, or trying to make sense of experiences that feel heavy or confusing. Whatever has brought you here, it matters—and you don’t have to work through it alone.
Rebecca’s clinical work focuses on supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, adjustment difficulties, and co-occurring substance use disorders. She has experience working with clients facing housing instability, limited support systems, and significant psychosocial stressors.
Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. Rebecca integrates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients build coping skills, increase stability, and support sustainable recovery. With a background in medical and community-based social work, she also brings experience in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and care coordination for individuals with complex needs.
Rebecca is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to build resilience, achieve their goals, and create meaningful change. Together, we can explore what’s been holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and in control. My goal is to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and a path forward that feels meaningful to you.
