Rebecca is passionate about helping teens, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem issues. She supports survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, veterans, first responders, and family dysfunction. She uses a warm, collaborative, and direct approach grounded in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, strengths-based, and solution-focused interventions. As an Air Force Veteran with experience in victim services, crisis intervention, schools, and law enforcement, she brings clinical expertise and real-world understanding to her work.
Rebecca provides a supportive, nonjudgemental space that is focused on collaboration to understand your challenges, resilience to help you get back up when life gets hard, and meaningful change that will last. She wants to help individuals develop coping tools to carry with them and confidence to create the future they in-vision for lasting growth.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming and the unknown is often scary, but you do not have to face life alone. Rebecca will hold space, be a support system, and make time to show up for you. If you’re looking for a compassionate therapist who will listen, support, empower, and be honest with you, Rebecca would be honored to be apart of your journey.
