Rayna Rodriguez (she/her) is a mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She specializes in providing mental health care to children while also supporting teens and adults. In addition to working with neurodivergent youth and the LGBTQ+ community, and families, Rayna addresses a wide variety of presenting concerns including but not limited to anxiety, behavior issues, life transitions, trauma and women’s issues. Rayna has provided compassionate care across therapeutic schools, multidisciplinary programs, and outpatient settings.
Rooted in social justice and feminist frameworks, she creates an affirming space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves authentically. Using a trauma-informed approach and multiple therapeutic modalities, including Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rayna provides creative and tailored methods to address a range of needs, including trauma and attachment concerns.
She loves incorporating humor to keep therapy down-to-earth and engaging, helping kids and families build resilience and navigate life’s complexities.
