About Raely Saldana
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Raely is deeply committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can begin to heal and discover their authentic self. Raely understands how difficult it can be to navigate life’s challenges, especially when it feels like you’re carrying the weight of trauma, stress, low self-esteem, or emotional dysregulation. Raely also understand the importance of addressing the unique layers of each person’s experiences. Her approach to therapy is holistic and trauma-informed, tailored to meet clients where they are and help them build strategies for meaningful change.
Using EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy, I work with Adults to help them through issues like trauma, grief, life transitions, college stress, and pressures of systemic inequities.
Raely has experience supporting those with co-occurring disorders such as, substance abuse and ADHD.
No APS or active court cases.
