About Paul Norris
I am a clinical therapist dedicated to helping men, women, children and families develop effective coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and reduce stress. I specialize in working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family and relationship dynamics using evidence-based approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-centered and psychodynamic approaches among others.
I earned my master’s degree from Indiana University and have since worked with a highly diverse clientele across a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is to empower clients to better understand themselves, build resilience, and live their best lives.
