My background includes working with children facing behavioral challenges, adolescents managing anxiety and depression, and families through an attachment-based lens.
I grew up in a competitive environment, playing Division I lacrosse at UC Berkeley, and earned my master’s in counseling psychology at The Wright Institute — driven by a desire to be the champion I needed as an adolescent and young adult. As a mom, I understand firsthand the pull between showing up for your children and showing up for yourself.
