Olivia believes that every person deserves a place where they feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children, teens, adults, and families can explore life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and develop the confidence to move forward.
Olivia works with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. She has a special passion for working with adoptees and children in foster care, recognizing the unique experiences that can shape identity, attachment, and belonging. She also enjoys partnering with parents and caregivers to help children feel supported both in and outside of the therapy room.
Olivia’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients build practical coping skills while feeling genuinely heard and understood. With children, she incorporates play, art, games, and other creative activities to make therapy engaging, developmentally appropriate, and meaningful. With adolescents and adults, she creates space for honest conversations, self-discovery, and personal growth while providing practical tools that can be used in everyday life.
Olivia understands that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child. Her goal is to help clients feel comfortable from the very first session by building a trusting relationship where they feel respected, valued, and empowered. She believes therapy isn’t about fixing people, but it’s about helping them recognize their strengths, navigate challenges with confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
