Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 25 years of experience in clinical practice, executive leadership, and behavioral health services. She has worked with adults across outpatient, community mental health, integrated behavioral health, and medical settings.
Throughout her career, Nicole has developed a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate complex, layered, and often co-occurring challenges. She is especially drawn to situations that may feel “complicated” or overwhelming. She brings a steady, grounded presence to clients who may have previously felt misunderstood, dismissed, or stuck.
Nicole specializes in complex mental illness; Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), including autism and Down syndrome; and eating disorders across all genders. She also works extensively with women’s issues, body image and body dysmorphia, OCD, postpartum depression and anxiety, PMDD, bipolar I and II disorders, trauma, anxiety, and caregiver stress.
Her approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. She helps clients reconnect with hope—even when it feels out of reach—and develops treatment that combines meaningful support with concrete skills. Nicole is comfortable with complexity and meets each person with curiosity, respect, and a genuine belief in their capacity for growth and change.
When she’s not working, Nicole can be found watching a horror movie, laughing at something ridiculous, or hanging out with her dog, Bee.
