As both a Licensed Social Worker and Navy veteran, I understand the importance of resilience, trust, and meeting people where they are. I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, domestic violence, and military-related experiences. I also support caregivers and individuals who feel overwhelmed by the responsibility of holding everything together.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique goals. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful progress toward the life you want.
