About Nicole Baldwin
Nicole Baldwin is a prelicensed therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. She works with children, teens, and adults and has experience supporting individuals navigating Autism, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Nicole takes a client-centered approach to therapy, believing that every individual deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood. She is committed to meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals. Nicole’s goal is to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and foster meaningful, lasting change while empowering them to grow, heal, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
