About Natalie Hittmeier
I earned my MSW from the University of Denver and specialized in family systems and animal-assisted interventions. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to create an individualized approach for each client that is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I understand working to improve mental health can be challenging but I strive to create an environment that highlights humor and celebrates the progress made along the way. In my spare time I love to craft, read, and spend time with my cats.
