Molly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with a BA in Psychology from Hanover College, an MA in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, and an MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisville. She has experience working with kids and teens, in both individual and group settings, on topics such as anxiety, depression, performance, identity development, self-worth, and family challenges. Molly is also passionate about working with athletes on bettering their performance on and off the field.
Molly uses a client-centered approach that focuses on how the client’s culture and different systems impact their ability to live a fulfilling life. She strives to create a safe space where clients can be their authentic selves and support them in achieving their goals. Molly has experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Play Therapy.
