Michele Drislane, LMHC is a licensed mental health clinician and dedicated leader, committed to creating a supportive and collaborative space where individuals can explore their experiences and develop effective coping strategies. Grounded in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, her approach is both compassionate and goal-oriented, guiding clients toward greater well-being in both her clinical work and her role as Clinical Director.
Michele earned her master’s degree in professional studies, with a focus in Clinical Art Therapy. With over 18 years of experience, she has worked with youth, families, and adults in a variety of settings, including treatment foster care and adoption programs, a child advocacy center supporting youth who have experienced sexual assault, and residential programs for adults with disabilities.
Her clinical focus is on individuals ages 8 through adulthood who have experienced complex trauma, particularly related to grief, loss, sexual abuse, and assault. Michele’s background also includes forensic interviewing and facilitating support groups for women survivors of sexual assault.
Passionate about empowering clients, Michele supports individuals coping with trauma, loss, anxiety, and depression. She integrates a range of therapeutic techniques to help clients build resilience, reclaim their sense of self, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
