Hi there! I’m Meghan. Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or unsure of what to do with everything you’re feeling. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, figuring out who you are, or wishing you felt a little more like yourself. I’m a PLPC in Missouri with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UMKC. I work with children, teens, and adults, including LGBTQ+ individuals, who are navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, identity, and life transitions. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being honest, understood, and authentically yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing from CBT and DBT-informed skills, and creative and play-based techniques. Together, we’ll work to better understand your thoughts and emotions, build practical coping skills, and develop greater confidence in navigating life.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy to be meaningful. I bring authenticity, humor, and a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a singer and a cat mom, and I believe there’s always room for laughter along the way. If you’re ready to feel less overwhelmed and more like yourself, I’d love to connect!
