About Meghan Collins

Meghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree from Kean University and graduate degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work. She has worked in the mental health field in various roles, with experience working with individuals in various settings. She is trained in DBT and Harm Reduction therapy, as well as CBT, however her approach aims to be inclusive as to what is truly effective for each client.

Through Meghan’s professional experience, she has had the privilege of watching and working with individuals as they transition from simply surviving to truly thriving through therapeutic work. Meghan realized she has a great passion in helping individuals assess situations, behaviors and emotions with the goal of finding effective management and empowerment within their own lives. She strives to work with clients to create a collaborative space to work on their individual goals.
