About Megan McDonald
Hi, I’m Megan (she/her), a Licensed Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and have experience supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, eating disorders, substance use, and relationship challenges. I also work with at-risk youth, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and families involved in foster care. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and TBRI. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard while building skills for healing and growth. When she’s not in the office, Megan enjoys snowboarding, camping, and practicing yoga. She also loves being outdoors with her dog, family, and friends whenever she can.
