Beverly – Cummings Center
Beverly, MA 01915
I work with people navigating life’s heaviest moments—trauma and grief, anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationship patterns that keep repeating, the weight of substance use or alcohol dependency. Many come to therapy exhausted from burnout or struggling with identity questions around body image and self-worth. Others arrive after experiencing abuse or facing major life transitions like pregnancy, loss, or postpartum changes. What unites my clients is readiness: a sense that something needs to shift. Together, we move forward by building understanding, developing practical tools, and reclaiming your sense of agency.
I draw from multiple approaches—CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—customizing our work to fit what actually helps you. Whether you’re processing past harm, managing present anxiety, or building healthier patterns, I meet you where you are with both skill and genuine respect for your unique path.
If you’ve been waiting for the right time to start therapy, I have evening appointments available now. Healing doesn’t follow a timeline, and neither should access to support. I’d welcome the chance to talk with you about what brought you here and whether we might work well together.
