Being human is hard—and growing up can be even harder. Whether you’re a parent watching your child or teen struggle, or a young adult trying to find your footing, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, spirituality, life stressors, identity exploration, and the challenges that can come with growing up.
As a pre-licensed clinical social worker with Ellie Mental Health Manassas, I strive to create a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where young people can feel comfortable being themselves. I provide therapy for clients in Manassas, Prince William County, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities.
My approach combines evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s individual needs with acceptance-based approaches that can help us understand ourselves better—and learn to be a little kinder to ourselves along the way. I believe therapy should recognize not only the challenges a young person is facing, but also their strengths, personality, perspective, and potential.
It is a genuine privilege to walk alongside children, teens, and young adults through their journeys and to see the immense strength, wisdom, resilience, and often iconic humor they hold within.
