About Mary Lampell
Mary’s passion for counseling grew from her years of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as an Employment Specialist and Job Coach. Through this work, she helped clients recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, build independence, and work toward meaningful personal and professional goals.
As a counseling intern, Mary brings that same compassion and belief in each person’s potential into the therapy room. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves.
Mary feels honored to walk alongside clients throughout their journey and looks forward to helping each person move toward greater confidence, connection, and well-being.
She believes that maintaining hobbies and making time for the things we enjoy can be an important part of overall well-being, and she strives to bring that same appreciation for balance and self-care into my work with clients.
