Marsha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps adults build healthier, more compassionate relationships with food, their bodies, and themselves. She specializes in eating disorders, emotional eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, and trauma, with a special passion for supporting Black women and women of color in a space where they feel truly seen, understood, and empowered.
Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), IFS-informed care, mindfulness, and culturally responsive approaches, Marsha will work with you to uncover what’s holding you back and help you develop practical tools for lasting change. Her warm, authentic style creates a supportive environment where healing, growth, and self-acceptance can take root.
