I am an individual and family therapist at Ellie Mental Health Hoover with 21 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and families. I present my counseling services in a professional, direct, realistic, yet compassionate and understanding format.
Treatment specialties include, but are not limited to, behavioral modification, parenting techniques, dual diagnosis, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, work/life balance, blended families, and life transitions.
