She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Exposure Therapy, all while holding deep respect for each person’s unique story and identity. Her areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, couples and relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions.
